Real-time Quality Control System

WUXI TNSOLAR implements customized manufacturing management and quality control. By utilizing a tailored ERP system, we integrate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), enabling seamless information sharing and exchange in quality control to ensure accurate data transmission.

Intelligent quality inspection is employed at key processes, with flexibly configurable production stations. This includes automated online product inspection and automatic data entry into the ERP system. Regarding quality issues, the system features automatic detection, prevention, active alarming, and Poka-yoke (error-proofing) mechanisms. This achieves transparent, visual, and predictive quality control management.

From raw material scanning upon warehouse entry, through manufacturing, to finished goods storage, all data is identifiable and queryable within the ERP system. This enables visualized and traceable management of the logistics process.
