Quality Starts at the Source

WUXI TNSOLAR conducts comprehensive inspections on all raw materials. This involves a total of 156 Incoming Quality Control tests, including single-cell tensile strength and EL testing, EVA gel content testing, junction box cable resistance testing, and frame stability testing. These measures ensure that every batch of raw material and every component meets WUXI TNSOLAR quality standards.

Strict Triple EL Inspection

Every WUXI TNSOLAR module must undergo three EL tests: pre-lamination, post-lamination, and pre-packing. By introducing AI-based automatic defect recognition, we have drastically minimized defective products. This effectively controls the generation of defects at the source, thereby reducing overall production costs.

High-Precision Flash Tester

All production lines at the WUXI TNSOLAR manufacturing base are equipped with HALM photovoltaic performance testers. These German-made H.A.L.M. testers feature an advanced Class 3A+ light source, a sophisticated power adjustment system, and freely adjustable optical pulse settings. This enables operators to accurately and easily scan key module data—such as maximum power, temperature coefficient, and low irradiance performance—within a relatively short time.

Innovation for Reliability

WUXI TNSOLAR has pioneered a unique method of adding light tubes to the back of visual inspection stations. This makes it easier to detect issues such as broken cells, micro-cracks, missing ribbons, and chipped corners during visual checks, allowing for timely rework. Meanwhile, we employ large-screen cell spacing detection to meet product design specifications and ensure aesthetic consistency. These innovative quality testing methods ensure that our modules meet all technical specifications while maintaining a uniform appearance.

Accelerated Aging Cycle Testing

WUXI TNSOLAR conducts cycle testing on all product models on a quarterly basis. We verify that the impact of environmental conditions—such as temperature, humidity, light, rain, and circulating air—on product performance remains within our quality requirements. This ensures functional reliability under varying environmental conditions throughout the product's specified lifespan.
